Description: Awareness of our mind and the inner states we are living in. Learn about the science behind these states. Take part in a reflective exercise to dive deeper into the understanding of your state.
Afternoon Live Speaker Workshop – Michelle Hawk
15:00 – 18:00 : 7 Steps to Alchemize your Life
Description: In order to free ourselves from the chains we have been tangled around in our lives we must understand the 7 steps it takes to liberate us. Michelle will not only share these steps but will also integrate reflection and meditation so we experience these 7 steps throughout the learning process.
